Pamlico Sail & Power Squadron members enjoy a variety of social gatherings. Members are encouraged to invite guests who may have an interest in joining the squadron.
General Membership Dinner Meetings are typically held every other month. The meetings begin with a casual half hour cocktail period, followed by dinner and a guest speaker along with squadron announcements. Our speakers cover a wide range of topics.

important to both the PSPS and USPS.
Outstanding efforts are recognized and awards
for achievement in these areas are presented to our
members at General Membership Meetings.
Casual outings are planned just for the fun of it. We get together for pizza, visit to the local oyster bar, holiday parties or a dinner out where the agenda is merely to enjoy our squadron family. For 2012, we will continue to co-host cookouts and events with surrounding yacht clubs. If you have any ideas or would like to be part of the planning, call Chris Young, our Administrative Officer, at 252-946-7853 or email Chris.
Change of Watch Dinner Meeting is a more formal affair where our casual dress is stepped up a notch and our PSPS Officers are in uniform. This function is the installation of new officers and committee chairs for that year. Outstanding efforts are recognized and awards for achievement in various areas are presented to members for their contribution to our mission.
All events provide a great opportunity to get together with other boat lovers and enjoy a day or an evening of camaraderie. Attendance is not required by members, but, is surely appreciated! Watch the PSPS Meetings Calendar for these events and enjoy the results of the great times in our award winning Sound of the Pamlico Newsletter and in our Web Site Photo Gallery.
